Pregnancy Care Clinic of the Eastern Shore is a non-profit organization that has been serving the needs of those making pregnancy decisions since 1982. In a confidential and caring environment, our trained staff is committed to helping you explore the information you need to make choices that are best for you.
As you consider your options for an unplanned pregnancy, you deserve to be fully informed. All of our services are provided free of charge.
Who We Are Today
Today, Pregnancy Care Clinic of the Eastern Shore offers more than ever before. From our updated facility in Salisbury, we provide free pregnancy testing, limited ultrasounds, pregnancy counseling, and practical support through our Earn While You Learn program. Our mobile unit brings pregnancy testing and ultrasound services to those who find it difficult to make it to our center, and our Fatherhood Program supports dads as they learn the skills needed to be a great parent.
